Support Our Client Pantry & Programs

Thank you for your generosity! Please see our donation guidelines below before dropping off at our Outreach Center.  If you have any questions, please call ahead at (352)377-5690 and speak to one of our front desk advocates.

General Donations: Clothing Donations, Household Items, and Furniture 

  • General donations are accepted Monday-Friday, between 9:30-4:30PM, at our Outreach Office at 2100 NW 53rd Ave. Suite A, Gainesville, Florida.

  • Please call us at (352) 377-5690 before coming in with donations, so that we know what you're donating and if we will have the space to take in items.

  • New or gently used CLEAN adult clothing, including seasonal items. Plus shoes, jewelry, purses and accessories.

  • New or gently used CLEAN infant, child and teen clothes, shoes and accessories.

  • Please limit donation to no more than two 13-gallon bags or two medium boxes.

  • Furniture donations are accepted on an "as needed" basis, please call in advance.

Basic Needs Donations are accepted at our Outreach Center weekdays (Monday-Friday), 9:30am to 4:30pm. Please call (352) 377-5690 for donations.

 

Basic Needs Are Anything In The Below Lists

We have client pantries located at each of our offices. Donating items from our "Basic Needs List" provides immediate support to our clients. The needs list includes items used most.

*** "Client Pantry & Hygiene" items are available to clients while "Program Support & Facilities" items are used by staff in our facility programs.

Our Amazon and Walmart Wishlists provide a convenient and easy way to donate basic/high needs items as well. Simply shop the lists (links below) and items ship directly to us.

We are happy to provide a receipt for all donations received.

Fundraising Donations:

​

On occasion, we have events that are supported greatly by donations from the community. All net proceeds from these campaigns benefit victims of domestic violence. To learn more about these types of donations, you can call our front desk at (352) 377-5690 or email our Development Director at stephanief@peacefulpaths.org.

Host A Monthly Drive: Help us meet current needs by hosting one of our monthly donation drives at your business or organization. As the months change, so do some of our needs including clothing styles, holiday specifics and more. You can sign up to host a drive any month of the year by signing up HERE.  

​

Power of the Purse Brunch: This event is held once a year to support our Economic Empowerment Program. One of the key components of this fundraiser is a high-end silent purse auction.  We are always looking for donations of new or gently-used designer purses!  Contact us if you'd like to donate at stephanief@peacefulpaths.org.
